​Zombieverse is a Netflix original reality show where participants navigate a virtual world in which a sudden zombie virus outbreak occurs in Seoul. The cast must complete various missions to survive the relentless zombie threat.​

​"The production team of Zombieverse expected the cast to be bitten by zombies during the factory mission, but unexpected situations unfolded instead. One memorable scene was when Dex saved the cast member Tsuki. Director Park Jin-kyung (CP) described this moment as the most surprising and thrilling, and it became a major talking point. As a result, Zombieverse earned the nickname ""Dexverse"" among fans. At the time of filming, Dex had not yet gained significant popularity from Solo Hell 2, but as the filming progressed, the cast became aware of his charm. This naturally led to an interesting connection when Dex’s popularity soared in Solo Hell 2, creating a seamless link between the two shows. Meanwhile, Zombieverse was filmed in a reality survival format without a script. The cast had to make decisions for their survival in unexpected situations, which led to more vivid and spontaneous reactions."​
