However, during the adaptation process of the zombie drama into a live-action series, grotesque depictions of infected individuals—such as sexually explicit or mutilated bodies—were toned down from the writer's initial vision. This adjustment led to a less graphic portrayal than originally intended. The drama Now, Our School received significant recognition in 2022, earning multiple awards.
