Basic Info.

​One day, Ji-woo witnesses her father being murdered in front of their house by an unknown assailant. Overwhelmed with shock, she seeks out Choi Moo-jin, the leader of the criminal organization her father was a part of. Choi provides Ji-woo with a new identity and integrates her into his drug cartel. Following his orders, Ji-woo infiltrates the police as an undercover spy.​

​"The initial title of My Name was Nemesis, but it was later changed to Undercover and ultimately finalized as My Name. The title Nemesis was already used for a drama aired on NTV, and Undercover was also the title of a drama aired on JTBC, which likely led to the title change. The final title, My Name, can be seen as symbolic of the main character, Yoon Ji-woo, who hides her true identity and adopts new aliases and personas in order to pursue a life of revenge and survival."​
